Download the Gauge Components sample code. It contains a RadialScale component you can use to add scales to any gauge. It should not be too difficult to add minor scales to that, or you can use two, one for major, one for minor, as we did in the sample glowing radial gauge.
Note we are planning on releasing more extensive gauge samples, including more advanced scales, linear scales, and linear gauges.
